Toasty and tasty, great cigar for the price (very important these days.) A bit quick-burning, but maybe that’s a good thing – I can get my kicks then go back to the salt mines to save for the gold-leaf brands. These classic Coronas usually come in Cameroon wrappers, but once in a while you can find them in Maduro, which are good too. All in all, my favorite everyday or outdoors short smoke.

The construction of the Brevas Royale is far from attractive, while the burn gets a little uneven as you have to rotate the cigar to get equal flame. However, the smooth and creamy taste amidst the nuttiness and spiciness makes up for its shortcomings. Not to mention, the price isn't too steep considering the actual flavor and taste of the cigar. Overall, the Brevas Royale sure does the cheap trick.
