Review

AVO cigars have always been a part of discussion when it comes to cigars of quality. He is known for his musical talents turned cigar blender and has been quite successful at both. His newest addition to his growing cigar line is the AVO Heritage. This cigar is not like his other blends which are a bit milder; the Heritage packs a bit of a punch. The cigar consists of an Ecuadorian sun grown wrapper, a Dominican binder, and the filler is a Dominican Ligero and Peruvian Seco blend.

The pre-light is quite nice, and the draw is open with an easy pull. The wrapper is dark and oily. The flavor on the cigar is very rich and bold, when rolling the cigar, the Ligero is captured giving a lot of pepper notes and spice. This cigar definitely has body and is considered medium to full. There are nice smooth flavors of cedar and leather. I really enjoyed this cigar and for the price, it’s a great cigar to pick up and smoke.
