10:17 (EST)My favorite Bolivar. Smooth, with definite coffee flavor and just-right draw. Construction is solid, with a really longlasting burn and firm ash. As for taste, it’s full-bodied, with notes of soil, leather, and a little sweet spice. This baby is STRONG though, so save it for after a good meal – then the coffee flavor will be perfect.

09:12 (EST)The full-flavored start of the Lonsdale would have you fooled. As you progressed with the stick, the oaks and spices definitely delivered the good, only to be saddled by the bitter taste overpowering the final third of the stick, forcing you to throw away the remains as soon as possible. Still, the nice appearance and sensational burn favored the cause of the cigar. Now, if only the bitter end of the Lonsdale was non-existent, the cigar could have enjoyed wider recognition by now.

07:44 (EST)Good herbal taste with just the right amount of sweetness. The wrapper was impressive, you can really tell the high quality of the whole construction. It burned evenly with good ash and a good and easy draw that made for a pleasant smoking experience. It smells good too. Made some heavy aromatic smoke that was just so enticing. I just had to have another. I just wish I can afford to keep this up as my regular cigar.

12:36 (EST)The 2005 Blend Lonsdale has laid an imprint to smokers due to its leathery profile with spicy and woody notes swirling on top of it. The pre-light aroma and aftertaste are consistent with the smoke. It's definitely a solid cigar, but as far as satisfaction is concerned, there are a lot of medium-bodied smokes that have more body and complexity to its taste. Regardless, try out the Lonsdale for it definitely won't disappoint.
