Review
The original Brick House cigars were Cuban puros, handmade with the finest Havana tobaccos. Julius Caeser Newman named the cigars to honor his family home in Hungary: a brick house that housed the Newman family residence on the top floor and a local tavern they ran on the bottom floor.
The brand faded in time until third-generation cigar makers Eric and Bobby Newman recreated the original Brick House cigars. Brick House Churchill is a blend of specially aged Nicaraguan tobaccos with Havana Subido wrapper leaves to match the rich, well-balanced flavor of their grandfather. The Brick House Churchill is a 7 1/4 x 50 sized cigar that is full of flavor and is perfect for an every-day smoking cigar.
Beautifully handmade in Nicaragua, these medium bodied cigars have an easy draw with a good amount of smoke and a spicy clean tobacco flavor, hinting of dark chocolate. It builds to a well-rounded smooth taste with a good burn throughout. The flavor is consistent with a nice amount of spice on the palate and on the nose exhale, but never overpowering.
For its price, the Brick House Churchill is a pretty decent cigar. It's not incredibly dynamic but the flavors which were present throughout the smoke were enjoyable, with lots of tobacco flavors and a balanced amount of spice.
