Review
Like all CAO cigars, Italia’s are made in Honduras, from Honduran wrapper and binders. It's the filler that's unusual here and gives the line its name: Habano seed, but grown in Benevento, southern Italy, exclusively for CAO (or so they say). This is blended with tobacco from Nicaragua and Peru to make the filler.
Now whether this really makes a difference or is all hype, I don't know. But I have found the various CAO Italias to have a distinctive, full-bodied flavor that's made the line a staple in my humidor. It's a cliché, but the Italia really is the cigar I can't refuse.

11:47 (EST)This smoke was OK. I guess I could say it was an average stick. There was nothing bad about it, but there was nothing special about it either. I mean there are worse cigars out there, but there are also a lot of better ones than this. I think this should come in a cheaper price since it's so mediocre.

12:59 (EST)This cigar is not bad but there is nothing to boast about it either. So I'm really don't agree with the price they placed on this one. It's too much for something plain. The flavor was ordinary and faint. It wasn't wrapped too well. I noticed some areas of the stick is too tight or too loose.

09:16 (EST)Not my kind of cigar but I'm sure there are others out there who would enjoy this kind of cigar. I found it to be mediocre and not impressive at all. It looks good but there are dozens out there that look better for the same price. The taste is average and typical and nothing there to talk about. I didn't have burn problems so that was a good thing but I'm not a fan of this cigar. I wouldn't mind getting it for free but I wouldn't buy it myself.
