Review
If a cigar pioneer like Jose Sejias creates a new blend, you can be sure it's of the best quality, much like his previous successes—the Romeo Y Julieta, Don Diego and H. Upmann. The Onyx Reserve measures up to the standards set by these iconic brands, and are specifically popular for being box-pressed cigars.
Dar, mysterious, and utterly sensuous, the Onyx Reserve comes in a Blackened Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper, with excellent tobacco from Nicaragua, Peru, and the Dominican Republic. What's also intriguing about this cigar is its full-bodied flavor, which will surely entice the most discriminating of smokers.
Have an Onyx Reserve and know what a quality cigar is really like. If you aren't still convinced by the way it looks, you will be when you discover its price.

12:54 (EST)This is not the same Onyx from the turn of the millenium. The Onyx that was rated a grand spanking '94' by Cigar Insider. The one with the silky, oily, and pitch black Maduro. I just recently started smoking cigars again after having quit for 5 years. Of course one of the first cigars I picked up was an Onyx. I was disappointed to the point of disgust at how mangled and toothy this cigar had become. Things only got worst after I lit the cigar. Gone are the days of the great Onyx.

07:39 (EST)'m not really a big fan of Maduro's but I can say that this a decent smoke. One of the nicer ones I've had in the recent months. I enjoyed the sweet taste and chocolate flavor that was mild and pleasant. It gave nice draws, good and even burn, and gentle smoke with an aroma that was right at home. I can stock up on these cigars. Price is not so bad either

10:23 (EST)One thing you should know about cigars is that the darker their appearance, the better. Take the Onyx for an example. The elegant appearance and functional construction (firm draw, even burn) lay staple to a good cigar. However, in this case, it all lies in the exceptional price tag to such a fine cigar. You can't get any better deal than the Onyx, folks

10:21 (EST)Value and experience are highly sought out by smokers from cigars. Thankfully, the Onyx line connects the missing dots between cigar enthusiasts and their stogies with a pretty tasty flavor and solid construction sold in an affordable price. There's really nothing much that this cigar won't do to satisfy your smoking desire, so you might as well give this pup a try.

04:27 (EST)Onyx is better known for its box-pressed Reserve line, but the number series is dark, anonymous and mercifully hype-free. Just a good maduro at a good value -– funny how that's so unusual!
