12:33 (EST)Short and funny-shaped – this little baseball bat hits hard. Good value, heavy flavor and perfect size for a quick, strong smoke

12:21 (EST)If simplicity is what you strive for in a cigar, then Champion is your winning smoke. At first, the petite stick seems to be inspired from cigars smoked in cartoons. However, do not let the appearance fool you because the Honduran profile of the smoke is shared with sweet and earthy tones, making for a pleasant and satisfying cigar. The flavors are hardly discernible and complex, but what you have here is a smooth and fine medium-bodied cigar at your disposal. The burn and draw are somewhat problematic at first, but they straighten themselves out after the first third of the smoke. Overall, the Champion is in contention for cigar supremacy.

01:42 (EST)This cigar’s the kind that will make you want to look for the tiny box at the bottom of the basket, because it contains some precious thing. Actually, it wasn’t impressive at all at first, but as the smoke progressed, the earthy-spicy-sweet blend gradually started building on and livening up. Great medium-bodied cigar—I’d be happy to get one of these every once in a while.
